                          New Concrete Batch Plant Facility

Holliday Rock's Bakersfield CA ready-mix facility, was designed to meet their site request for a ?800 ton aggregate storage system feeding a high production transit mix concrete batch plant. ?The NOBLE 4 compartment X 800 ton aggregate bunker storage is fed by a drive over-grizzly feeding a 36″ X 100′-0″ galvanized radial stacking conveyor. ?Four 30×90 NOBLE material conveyors feed the batch plant aggregate bin. ? The CON-E-CO Batch Master plant includes 3 cement silos for the local market needs. Mixer trucks are charged via a drive through alley providing increase production capacity.? Randy Hatfield, lead batch manager for Holliday Rock's High Desert plants, points to the plant's aggregate bunkers as part of its success. “We have no material on the ground,” Hatfield explains. “Everything is overhead and fed through stacker belts, so you don't need a loader operator. One person can run the whole place. It's more efficient. The set-up is nice and clean so at the end of the day, there is no mess to clean up. It's pretty tidy.”

DHE Inc. Concrete Equipment company has been providing project management for new concrete batch plant facilities for over 30 years.? The staff at DHE Inc. can provide site permitting, layout and design, batching equipment, installation and start-up services.
